QF-AFG Series Semi-auto Gluer (Combined pressure Model) is the latest design with small size and easy to operating characteristics. It is suitable for small scale production. It can be used for gluing and forming various material boxes, such as regular carton, special shapes of boxes, colorful boxes, and other paper materials. It costs less glue compared with manual gluing which is 2/3 less. The operating speed is 56m/min which is around 4 times faster than manual gluing. Equipped with two patent polishing heads, it polishes the gluing sides and eliminates the UV film and other material film. Meanwhile, it improves the adhesiveness of glue and solves the easy open problems. This machine improves the gluing efficiency adhesiveness.
